• Provide access to purchased courses and materials
• Send course-related communications and updates
• Process payments and manage your account
• Improve our products and services

3. Data Storage

Your account data is stored securely using Supabase. Payment data is handled by Paddle and is subject to their privacy policy.

4. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the service or as required by law, including:

• Paddle.com Market Ltd — our authorised reseller and Merchant of Record, which processes payments and handles order/refund data.
• Supabase — hosts our account, lead and analytics data.
• Meta Platforms (Facebook/Instagram) — where advertising and measurement tools are used (see section 5).

5. Cookies, analytics and advertising

We use essential cookies to maintain your login session. We also use:

• First-party analytics — a privacy-friendly page-view counter stored in our own database (no cross-site advertising cookies from this tool).
• Meta Pixel & Conversions API — to measure the performance of our advertising and, in a limited way, to build audiences. This may involve sharing events such as page views, lead sign-ups and purchases with Meta, including a hashed version of your email address for purchase matching. Optional analytics and advertising tools are enabled only after you choose “Accept optional”. Purchase events are sent only for checkouts opened with this choice enabled.

Use the “Privacy choices” button on our website to accept or reject optional analytics and advertising. You can change your choice at any time. Rejecting optional tools does not affect sign-in, checkout or course access. Your choice is remembered for up to 180 days. Withdrawing consent stops future tracking; contact us about data already shared.

6. Your Rights

Depending on where you live (including under UK/EU GDPR), you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, and to data portability. Contact us to exercise any of these rights. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority (in the UK, the ICO).
